-      Production Management: Oversee the entire production process for bread and pastry lines, ensuring efficiency and quality.      
-      Team Leadership: Motivate and manage a team of skilled bakers and staff, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.      
-      Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control standards to maintain product excellence.      
-      Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes for improved productivity and cost-effectiveness.      
-      Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards.      
-      Innovation and Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives, embracing innovation in baking techniques and operational processes.

Requirements:      
-      Proven experience in bakery production management or a similar role.      
-      Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.      
-      Deep knowledge of artisan baking processes and quality standards.      
-      Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.      
-      Commitment to safety, health, and environmental regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $70.00 - $90.00 per year
