**Key Responsibilities**

Our Bartenders will work as part of a team, contributing to the success of our beverage offering. We are open to casual and part or full-time applicants. Your role will involve:

- Preparation of innovative cocktails and beverages that reflect the Mediterranean spirit and seasonal ingredients, delighting our clientele.
- Ensuring all bar operations meet health and safety standards, maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming workspace.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end or fine-dining setting.
- Sound knowledge of spirits and cocktail techniques.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high standards of service and presentation.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:
