Experienced Bartender

Avalon is a modern fine-dining restaurant known for its elegant food, wine and service — and now we’re looking for an **experienced bartender with strong cocktail knowledge** to join our team.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Minimum **2 years’ experience** in a busy cocktail or fine-dining bar environment
- Confident in **classic and modern cocktail techniques** — from shaking a flawless Negroni to creating signature twists
- Excellent product knowledge of spirits, wine and liqueurs
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Professional, well-presented and calm under pressure
- Must hold a **current RSA certificate**

**Your role will include**:

- Mixing and serving premium cocktails, wine and spirits to Avalon standards
- Engaging with guests and providing personalised recommendations
- Assisting in cocktail menu development and seasonal specials
- Maintaining bar presentation, cleanliness and stock control
- Collaborating with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
