**About the Organisation**:
An excellent newly created position for an Audit and Risk Lead to join a environmentally focused organisation with headquarters in Brisbane CBD. This organisation is in continued growth mode as it expands its foot print and reach across Queensland. This growth means they are looking for a Risk and Audit Lead to work closely with the Manager of Risk, Audit and Compliance.

The Audit and Risk Lead will develop, implement and administer the ongoing Risk Management and Internal Audit activities. This is a diverse role that requires influential communication and business partnering across the group.

**Key Role Requirements**:

- Ensure the organisation is aware of new risks and obligations.
- Manage and implement mechanisms to control risks.
- Develop and roll out Risk Frameworks.
- Promote a culture of positive continuous improvement.
- Develop reporting tools and dashboards for the group.
- Business partner with leaders and process owners.
- An ability to think strategically as well as gaining a deep understanding of business processes, operational challenges and drivers.
- Be actively involved across numerous projects.
- Have a genuine interest in automation and technology.

**About You**:

- A Degree in Business, Commerce or Finance.
- Relevant experience in Audit and/or Risk Management.
- Strong communication and influential skills.
- Strong analysis skills from a complex organisation.
