SCCQ is currently seeking a
**Property Services Manager - Metro** to join our Property team on an up to 12 month contract with the possibility of extension.

This role provides professional expertise in the maintenance and operation of our aged care centres and is critical to ensuring the timely maintenance and repair of facilities across our Metro sites through the delivery of annual Operational Plans, Preventative Works Schedules, Contractor Management Frameworks, Sustainable Financial and Industry Compliance activities.

This role is based in our Support Centre in the convenient Brisbane Southside location of
**Upper Mt Gravatt** but you will be required to regularly visit our sites in Stretton, Holland Park, Edens Landing, Raceview and Caloundra
**t**herefore a current Qld Drivers Licence is required.

This role call for an autonomous self directed work style, the ability to problem solve and deliver while keeping our customers forefront of mind, natural leadership skills and the ability to manage stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Demonstrated experience in facility planning management, including building maintenance, services and upgrades within a large and diverse environment.
- Proven capacity to lead a small team on complex and demanding projects with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and organise work on an individual and team basis, within a set timeframe and in an environment of change and conflicting demands.
- Strong financial competency including the development and management of annual budgets.capex and opex
- Knowledge of current Aged Care operational trends and building compliance as this relates to Aged Care and Retirement Villages.
