**About the Role**

We are looking for a well-presented and motivated Medical receptionist with a can-do attitude. Enjoys a busy environment and is able to handle confidential patient information with discretion. The successful applicant will be working under the direction of the Practice Co-ordinator and Clinic Director/Co-Director. Prior experience with Xestro practice management platform would be an advantage.

Key responsibilities will include (not limited to):

- Meeting, greeting and patient care
- Administration of the front desk and phones
- Providing assistance to doctors and clinicians as required
- Patient invoicing, payments and receipting
- Scheduling and diary management
- Other reasonable duties as directed

**Work days and hours**

9am to 5.30pm - Monday, Wednesday to Friday

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 1 year medical receptionist experience or similiar role.
- Competent computer skills
- Desirable - Experience with Xestro Practice Management Software or similiar

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 28 per week

**Salary**: $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Medical admin: 1 year (required)
