Qualifications & experience
- A compassionate and caring nature
- Excellent presentation, communications skills and phone manner
- Computing skills are required
- Attention to detail and accurate administration skils
- Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast paced/dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently with autonomy as well as communicate well with a team
- Discretion in maintaining privacy
- More than 3 years experience in customer service and administration in a similar role

Tasks & responsibilities

As the face of the practice, you will hold an important position, demonstrating world class service from booking appointments on the telephone to directing patients appropriately. You will be liasing with doctors, nurses, patients, other healthcare professionals and many parties in performing administration duties which include among others, billings, payments and claims. Maintaining a highly professional environment as well as ensuring infection control standards are met, will ensure only the best can be expected from our practice.

Availability:

- Senior position 18-20 hours (3 days/week), no weekends
- Suitable for return to work or experienced administrator
- Morning shifts finish 2pm and afternoon shifts 7pm, negotiable with team
- Flexibility is required in rostering to fill in for holidays and busy times as the same will be afforded yourself by your team

Mask are required. Staff wears eye covering and has a perspex shield at reception. Social distancing on premises applies. Surfaces sterilised regularly. Exclusion of customers with symptoms unless negative covid test.

**Experience**:

- Medical administration: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (required)
