**Do you enjoy a busy production environment?**:

- ** Full-time day work, no weekends or split shifts.**

**Multiple labouring roles across our butchery and kitchen operations** teams - **packing & labelling, storage & logistics, cleaning & hygiene**

You must be prepared to work with and around meat in a manufacturing / production environment. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced and cool environment where you will be part of a multidisciplinary team of food professionals including chefs, cooks and butchers.

You'll have a sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene with a focus on quality and consistency (or the ability to learn and respect these requirements). You will also have a friendly attitude, strong teamwork and sound communication skills.

This is a physical role, so you must also be able to demonstrate high level of physical fitness and stamina enabling you to stand for long periods and perform manual handling, bending and lifting/moving of heavy items.

The role is full-time. Additional hours outside of these may be required over peak trading seasons.
