**About the Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join the Cambridge team to grow and manage our existing accounts. Reporting to the Branch Manager TAS, the role will draw on your sales skills and experience in building relationships with customers and delivering outstanding sales results for our business.

**Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Developing and maintaining existing accounts by building strong customer relationships
- Scheduling site visits and working closely with builders and clients to understand their needs
- Collaborating with internal teams and external clients to drive sales and deliver outstanding service
- Achieving sales targets and budgets through continuous performance improvement
- Managing customer complaints and implementing long-term solutions to prevent recurring issues
- Providing expert guidance to customers on Dowell products by staying up to date
- Representing the company at trade shows and industry events as required

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in sales, preferably within the building materials market
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read a building plan
- Ability to work well autonomously and in a team
- An open, honest and authentic approach
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to use Microsoft software such as Word, Excel and Outlook
