We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated person with exceptional customer service skills to join our team as a Practice Manager on a Full-time basis. Be involved in ensuring an excellent customer/patient journey from start to finish.

**Description**:
Key Accountability Areas & Related Responsibilities
- Be able to use your experience and knowledge to communicate clearly with patients and visitors in a bright, friendly manner and promptly attend to their needs
- Provide leadership to all support team so as to motivate them and create a positive, supportive atmosphere
- Ensure excellence in front line reception and maintain a tidy practice environment to provide a positive overall patient experience.
- Coordinate team members to ensure the completion of all tasks necessary to the smooth running of the practice

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You
- At least 2 years of Optical Dispensing or Leadership/Management experience in Retail
- Willingness to work in a team with a positive can-do attitude
- Great communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to lead, coach and engage a team to achieve goals.
