**Practice Manager Pearl Medispa**

Pearl Medispa is looking for a Clinic Manager to lead and grow our busy Chermside cosmetic clinic. Pearl is a boutique cosmetic medicine clinic, providing cosmetic injectables, facial threads, laser, skin therapy and body sculpting services while supporting our client's skin health and wellness goals.As our Clinic Manager you will lead and develop a team of doctors, therapists, and receptionists to provide exceptional service and treatments to our clients. Your role will be centred around client outcomes as well as clinic profitability.

**About You**You will prioritise excellent client service and cultivate a caring work environment for the team. You will be calm, confident, and able to troubleshoot and proactively manage the clinic.

**Your Role**:

- Ensure clients have an outstanding experience in the clinic to develop long-standing, loyal clients.
- Develop team members' abilities and behaviors to increase performance, client outcomes and profitability.
- Develop marketing techniques to attract new customers and hold on to existing ones.
- Manage staff rosters, staff training, stock management, and ordering for the clinic.
- Develop strong relationships with our suppliers and other external stakeholders.
- Create a safe working environment, abiding by regulations to give our clients and team members the safest outcomes possible.
- Utilise Practice Hub (our online medical practice management software) to help the Practice navigate the complexities of running a modern healthcare business.
- Be a brand ambassador and ensure that the staff and clinic are always immaculately presented.

**About Pearl Medispa **Pearl Medispa is a holistic, cosmetic medicine practice with a wellness focus on skin and body treatments. Established in 2006 as SkinRevision, Pearl specialises in cosmetic injectables, thread lifts, laser and skin therapy, gut healing and wellness treatments. Pearl is a doctor only injecting clinic. We are a small business, not a chain clinic offering a boutique service. We are a sustainable salon.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $79,999.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Medical practice management: 1 year (preferred)
