**The Role**

We are primarily seeking law students in their first or second year who have an interest in IP law and who would appreciate gaining practical administrative and legal experience while they continue with their studies, within a flexible and supportive working environment.

Tasks in this challenging and rewarding role include:

- Keeping our financial and client databases up to date
- Processing payments and external invoices, including foreign currency invoices
- Preparing various reports and forms relating to the invoicing process
- Monthly and ad hoc invoicing
- Creating new files and attending conflict checks
- Daily monitoring of trade mark correspondence
- Assisting the trade mark team in day to day correspondence and database management

- Have the ability to follow processes and meet tight deadlines
- Be known for your attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Be able to coordinate and prioritise work and enjoy the challenge of shifting priorities
- Be able to efficiently navigate databases and electronic file management systems

- Enjoy working in a professional services environment
