**Job Description**:

The Solutions Manager role is a highly creative and collaborative position that delivers market leading brief responses to Nine’s major clients. In conjunction with the broader Studios & Powered team, the Creative Solutions division will work on Powered’s key responses and proactive pitches.

**Day to day you will**:

- Successfully manage deck process from end to end on designated brief responses that are all about BIG IDEAS
- Lead brief response brainstorms in conjunction with the Project Manager
- Complete and own the solution framework for all relevant briefs
- Work with broader Powered team on delivering a cohesive solution across all assets, including Nine’s data offering
- Work with research and category experts in the business to deliver against the client’s objectives
- Act as strong support for Group Business Directors and work closely with sales team on the response deck including clear direction around required inputs
- Collaborate with the Content Partnerships teams to ensure all formats and platforms are considered for relevant briefs, with the best mix ultimately put forward
- Promote new ways of thinking/working to deliver innovation for brands and agencies
- Keep abreast of local competitor creative and best-in-class creative solutions to ensure that we remain competitive in market
- Support Powered's commercial endeavours to maximise revenue
- Assist Group Creative Solutions Managers as required

**Qualifications**:
We're looking for someone who's creative, driven, strategic and passionate about building brands and performance from media driven solutions
- At least 3-4 years relevant media experience
- Strong ability to analyse client needs and use them to create an effective creatively led solution
- Ability to forge strong relationships with key stakeholders with the capability to influence, negotiate and mediate to reach an optimum outcome for all parties
- A solutions-focused team player who is flexible and adaptable in responding to the needs of a project
- Confidence in presenting and experienced in pitch theatre
- Excellent organisational skills, with strength in planning, time-management and follow-through
- An understanding of the Nine suite of products and its audience
- Track record of delivering to strict deadlines and committed to exceeding expectations
- Excellent stakeholder management skills including excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Previously worked on multiple projects simultaneously and thriving in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Ability to work directly with multiple stakeholders across varying areas of business and levels of seniority
