This is an exciting short term contract opportunity for a UX/UI Designer to enhance their skills
**Your new company**
You'll be joining a dynamic company who specialize in designing workforce management software. They have an amazing diverse team, who are dynamic and passionate about what they do.
**Your new role**
You'll be joining as a UX/UI Designer, working in a fast-paced environment with other talented designers. The role will primarily focus on UX however if you have an interest in UI and a strong portfolio to match then that would be hugely advantageous.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- A degree in UX design, graphic design, or a related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software
- Knowledge of design principles, patterns, and trends in UI/UX design
- Experience with conducting user research and usability testing - Ability to balance design goals with project time and resource constraints
