Finance officer - Full-time opportunity - Permanent role - Collingwood location - Hybrid

This growing organisation is based in a collaborative and modern office in the lively suburb of Collingwood. Due to a number of successful years, they are looking to expand their finance team with the addition of an experienced finance officer. They pride themselves on their ethical values and environmental focus.

**Your new role**

Are you ready to be part of the team and make an impact? In this newly created role, you will report to the member services team leader, and will join a welcoming team of 2 finance professionals. Some of your duties may include:

- Accounts payable, receivables, data entry and reconciliations
- Establishment and ongoing management of client billing
- Support and administration duties.
- Processing bank/FTP files.
- Manage monthly insurance and roadside assistance bordereaux process, including setting & maintaining monthly fleet policies
- Amongst other duties

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Finance, Accounting or Business degree and/or experience in a similar role.
- Have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Be efficient, well-organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Have the ability to multitask and accurately prioritise tasks with competing deadlines.
- Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have excellent computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Xero, and Outlook.
- Be passionate, self-motivated, and driven with a positive 'can do' attitude.
- Have full unrestricted working rights
