We are a tyre manufacturing, sales & service company with operations in multiple States.

We are seeking a highly motivated person for a very hands-on Team Leader/Leading Hand role at our **Michelin**-accredited truck tyre retreading factory in Ingleburn NSW.

Previous production supervision experience is necessary. Truck tyre retreading experience would be an advantage but is not necessary.

This is an opportunity for someone to work towards more senior operational management roles within the organisation in the future.

The role requires working closely with the Operations Manager and working on the factory floor as part of the production team. You will provide day-to-day leadership & training of a team of 8-10 people to meet strict production & quality targets.

To be successful in either role you must possess the following:

- Highly motivated with strong hands-on team leadership skills;
- Previous experience in a similar role;
- A stable employment history with good references;
- A strong focus on customer service, safety, productivity & following procedures;
- Sound computer skills including inventory & invoicing systems;
- Worksafe recognised forklift licence;
- Mechanical or electrical aptitude.

The following **is not **necessary but would be an advantage:

- MR drivers licence
- Tyre industry experience

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leader in the tyre industry. A competitive remuneration package would be offered based on skills & previous experience.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
