We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Impact Manager to work across our key Communities projects in Victoria. This is afour day a week, permanent position which will report to the National Social Impact Manager.
As the new Social Impact Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of project specific initiatives that deliver project obligations and drive innovation and social impact.
You’ll play a key part in delivering high quality stakeholder engagement, workforce and economic development initiatives in our Victorian Communities business. You’ll also establish and maintain positive external relations to facilitate project involvement, advocacy and ultimately inform on the creation of thriving communities.
We’re looking for someone who is experienced in developing and implementing a diverse procurement strategy including social enterprise and First Nations procurement. Your engagement activity will be focused on maximising opportunities for stakeholder and community involvement during project planning, design, and delivery across the key projects.
You will be based primarily in our Melbourne Quarter office but also be expected to have a presence at each of the project sites Atherstone, Harpley, Aurora and Averley.
The key to your success in this role will be your ability to provide exceptional leadership skills and build solid stakeholder relationships both internally and externally. In addition, strong commercial acumen, strategic capability and the ability to navigate through complex environments, ambiguity and change.
You will be professionally qualified with demonstrated related experience within a similar project environment.
