**The role**:
Your role as the Social Impact Advisor will be to support and influence the social value and inclusion objectives for our government projects, drive outcomes to meet our obligations for key clients and provide general support to the wider team_._

This is a part-time role.

**Your everyday**:

- Coordinate and submit monthly project social reports
- Support project kick-offs, helping set and align on social targets and strategies
- Execute GEAP strategies alongside HR team
- Implement strategies and initiatives to improve social statistics
- Source and implement pathways to support social impact
- Strengthen our social reporting records so that we are prepared for audits
- Manage project audits with the client and external auditors
- Monitor and improve WGEA reporting outcomes
- Ensure alignment and execution of government and/or client specific requirements.
- Implement strategies and initiatives to improve social statistics.

**Who are you?**
- More than 2 year’s experience in a role driving positive social impact preferably within the construction industry
- Critical thinking ability to implement strategies and initiatives to improve social statistics
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners who can add social and community benefits
- Proven experience maintaining and updating data that is used for monthly project social reports and delivering outcomes to the Project/Client
- Proven experience with reporting and auditing functions, including analysing the data and implementing strategies based in findings
- Strong communication skills written and verbal, with the confidence to present in meetings to Clients and leadership group
