**About Our Client**:
Our Client is a leading automotive and light vehicle parts manufacturer and installer

Responsibilities include:

- Assisting Workshop Manager with day-to-day running of the workshop and coaching a team of mechanics, auto electricians and light vehicles fitters.
- Allocating jobs to workshop staff and ensuring the timely completion of tasks while adhering to Strict safety and quality standards and timely completion of projects.
- Monitoring jobs and updating management of any unexpected delays or issues that arise
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to workshop staff, assisting with complex modifications and troubleshooting mechanical issues when needed.
- Ensuring workshop is holding adequate inventory of parts, tools, and equipment. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of necessary resources for uninterrupted operations.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve workshop efficiency and productivity. Implement process enhancements to streamline operations and reduce downtime.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Trade qualified automotive, light vehicle, auto electrician or under body specialist (essential)
- Excellent knowledge of automotive parts and light vehicles
- Inquisitive and continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritise jobs accordingly
- Ability to communicate well with others and influence at all levels
- Experience working with field service teams and external stakeholders (beneficial)
