**About the Opportunity**

As an Allied Health Assistant at ECH you will make a meaningful difference in clients' lives by providing essential support to our Allied Health Professionals delivering therapeutic interventions across clinics, gyms, and clients' homes.

Working collaboratively under the guidance of our multi-disciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Physiotherapists, you'll implement personalised therapy programs and participate in client goal-setting to enhance quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include managing a client caseload, maintaining comprehensive clinical documentation, and communicating professionally with clients and stakeholders.

**About You**

As a collaborative team player who thrives in multidisciplinary healthcare environments you will demonstrate exceptional communication and active listening skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

You will have the ability to pivot seamlessly between tasks, effectively managing multiple responsibilities and changing priorities while maintaining composure under pressure.

**Essential Criteria**
- Certificate 4 in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent qualification relevant to the role
- First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling
- Drivers Licence
- National Police Check

**Desirable**
- 5+ years’ experience
