**Position & Responsibilities**
Reporting to the National Sales & Marketing Manager, the Technical Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing new and existing client relationships with customers across Victoria in the Banking, Logistics, Government, Retail and Education sectors. This role has a heavy emphasis on account development, working closely with clients, assessing requirements and putting together tenders for commercial projects, whilst providing guidance on product selection / solutions and technical support.
- Build, develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop, expand and manage assigned accounts to maximise revenues and increase business.
- Present new services to enhance existing relationships.
- Prospect for potential new business opportunities
- Read and understand tenders and project requirements to assess the feasibility for the business in conjunction with Solution/Project team.
- Tender writing / prepare tender responses.
- Identify, present and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure all tenders, proposals and sales documentation are prepared in a professional and timely manner.
- Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in large accounts.
- Assist the Projects team
- Tracking communications with all clients via SAP/Pronto.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to the sales manager.

**Requirements**:
The successful applicant will ideally possess the following skills and experience;
- Demonstrated technical sales and/or account management experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Previous experience in electronic security with an integrator, distributor or vendor will be an advantage, however we will consider someone from an ICT sales background.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to adapt to new technology and advise and educate customers on technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build, develop and maintain strong client relationships and far accounts.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and mange competing priorities.
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong internal stakeholder management, with the ability to build internal relationships across departments.

**The Offer**
The successful applicant will receive a base salary commensurate with experience, between $100,000 - $110,000 plus Superannuation, Car Allowance and a lucrative incentive structure ($40K ++), as well as the opportunity to establish yourself with an expanding national integrator
