Role

Our TAMs combine solid technical understanding and experience in IT systems with a passion for genuine customer service and pre-sales consulting. It's ideal for those seeking variety, challenges, and career growth, as you'll be responsible for the solutions delivered to multiple end customers.

Our Technical Account Managers collaborate with our service desk, field techs, and engineering teams, ensuring robust technical support when needed.

This role is perfect for someone who is an experienced Technical Account Manager, a senior Project Management professional in MSP, an experienced pre-sales professional aware of commercial aspects, or a strong Engineer who enjoys customer interaction.

The ideal candidate will join a team of highly specialized consultants and technical experts, with substantial experience working with clients ranging from fewer than 50 to 500 seats, and possessing both technical and business competence across IT infrastructure.

1. Proven experience delivering outstanding support and advice within an MSP, MSSP, or similar IT service provider.

2. Ability to demonstrate success managing relationships with small to mid-scale clients across various industries.
