- Management of the Standard Motor Vehicle Policy, VicFleet operations and the finance lease facility for government departments and agencies.

VicFleet:
VicFleet is a business unit within the Strategic Sourcing team and provides services to mandated General Government departments and agencies, including vehicle purchasing; finance leasing; insurance; registration; and vehicle disposal.
**About the role**
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Coordinator (VPS4) to join the DTF VicFleet team on a 12-month, fixed term contract.
- Support the Project and Contract Manager in delivering zero emission vehicle charging infrastructure across several metropolitan and regional Victorian buildings.
- Support the Project and Contract Manager in planning the sequence of projects or activities to enable effective implementation, manage projects and ensure delivery of key milestones, reporting, monitoring, and resolution of issues.
- Proactively support the identification and development of scope issues as required to deliver projects on time and on budget, obtain approvals as required for scope, resources, and cost variations.
- Support the develop and implementation of practical strategies to influence stakeholders at a collective and individual level and work proactively and effectively in a team environment.
- Develop and maintain constructive relationships with external service providers, external contractors, building owners/managers and other key stakeholders to achieve effective program delivery outcomes.
- Work with stakeholders both internal and external to government to ensure program outcomes are delivered.
- Develop project and program reports for effective presentation and communication to senior stakeholders.
- Assist in managing the program of works to schedule and budget, utilising relevant tools such as MS Project.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, cooperating and working well with others to provide high quality work under pressure and to short deadlines
- Demonstrated successful experience in supporting the development and delivery management of projects
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships with managers, colleagues and site based, Government, and industry stakeholders
- Proven ability to simultaneously coordinate several activities in an unpredictable environment, tight deadlines and with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and work productively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare high quality correspondence, reports, and briefs.
