**About the role**

As a Document Creation & Disclosure Analyst (known internally as a Disclosure Analyst), you'll be creating and maintaining top-notch product disclosure documents for Australian Retirement Trust. Your role is crucial for ensuring regulatory compliance, boosting customer engagement, and smoothly creating documentation that meets business needs using the Objective Keystone document composition tool.

Day to day, you'll:

- Turn business stakeholders' requirements into technical solutions.
- Advise on Keystone solutions that meet business needs.
- Capture and analyse requirements for document creation.
- Use your knowledge of Objective Keystone to build document solutions.
- Perform business testing to ensure quality.
- Analyse and document disclosure production-related processes within the team and across the business.

**About you**

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills we'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely your tick some of the following boxes too:

- You'll have experience with a document composition tool such as Objective Keystone, Thunderhead or something similar.
- You've spent time working in a project or BAU environment, handling requirements elicitation and solution analysis.
- Your previous experience with basic programming techniques to drive conditional content will be invaluable.
- We need someone who can adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Your high attention to detail and ability to manage your time effectively, handling multiple assignments with mínimal supervision, will set you up for success here.
- We value the ability to build effective partnerships and relationships with business stakeholders.
- Your strong written and interpersonal communication skills will help you thrive in this collaborative environment.
