**About the role**:
Reporting to the Legal Operations Manager, the Paralegal will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Legal Operations Manager, CFO and COO.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist with drafting legal documents, including contracts, letters and notices.
- Review contracts and agreements from vendors and suppliers.
- Assist with maintaining FAQs for broker agreements, Fair Work documentation and loan consultant contractor templates for LMG brokers.
- Work with key stakeholders on the creation of the annual Disclosure Document for the Loan Market franchise network.
- Work closely with the Financial Reporting Manager to ensure ABN and GST compliance for any broker and third-party related commission payments across LMG.
- Assist with maintaining a register of IP and liaising with external legal counsel on trademarks as required.
- Work closely with the Legal Operations Manager on the implementation and ongoing use of a contract management system and reporting.
- Help maintain the templated documents used across the legal, finance, agreements and onboarding teams.
- Respond to day-to-day queries received into the legal inbox.
- Creation and maintenance of templates in our document management system and electronic signing platform.
- Provide support to the recruitment, onboarding and agreements teams in regards to broker agreement questions.

**Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- High level of written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and work well at all levels of the organisation
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
- Excellent people skills, with experience collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team
- Experience using document management systems and electronic signing platforms.
- Minimum 2-3 years in related role
