**The Role**:
Reporting to the Senior Ecommerce Manager, we are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to join the team. The Ecommerce Specialist will lead the implementation and execution of the three-year e-commerce strategy for Musashi across ANZ markets. This role oversees and tracks online sales, reports e-commerce metrics for data-driven decision-making, and recommends and implements digital marketing strategies to enhance the growth of our brands' DTC and e-retailer revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategy: Lead the implementation and execution of the three-year e-commerce strategy for MUSASHI across Australia and New Zealand markets, focusing on optimising online sales, customer experience, and digital growth.
- Acquisition: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing calendar, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless, timely activation across all digital channels.
- Conversion: Enhance the customer journey and maximise conversion rates through UX improvements, content strategy, and seamless navigation.
- Retention: Implement strategies that strengthen retention, increase repeat purchases, and build a loyal consumer base.

**What you will bring**:

- 3 to 5 years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience.
- Tertiary qualification ideally in Marketing or Business Management.
- Proficiency in using eCommerce platforms and tools (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo, CRO tools).
- Understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Understanding of consumer journeys and digital marketing strategies.
