**About the role**

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As a Graduate Developer aka Application Support Analyst in our Brand, Marketing & Communications team, you will:

- Troubleshoot issues that arise within key systems and diagnosing recurring instances.
- Perform health checks and ensuring systems are in good health on a routine basis.
- Rectify production issues in a timely manner in accordance with system SLAs.
- Participate in deployment testing activities
- Build and test transactional communication and campaign templates

This role is available as a **12 month max-term/ secondment** opportunity.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

- An undergraduate degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or similar qualification.
- Ability to analyse requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
- A willingness to learn and a positive work attitude.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple assignments within mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality and accurate work.
