**Overview**:

- rhi is looking for an
- **Administrative Assistant** to join our client's projects team in their Perth CBD office.This is a 12-month full-time contract role that offers a hybrid work setup, with 2 days of remote work and 3 days in the office.**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate travel arrangements for project team members and contractors, including flights, car rentals, and accommodation.
- Procure food supplies for the remote project location and arrange national/international travel when necessary.
- Manage distribution lists in Outlook and update organization charts in PowerPoint.
- Provide office induction for new project team members and handle pass and access organization.
- Oversee onsite and offsite meetings, events, team training, and social gatherings.
- Handle purchase order processing and ensure timely payments.
- Support document management, filing, and document numbering.
- Perform data entry and collate timesheet data using Excel.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required

**About you**
- 4-5 years of admin experience.
- Previous experience in travel arrangements and booking.
- Familiarity with the Egencia travel booking system (preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and phone skills.
