About the Role
- Provide timely and accurate investigation and resolution of customer claims and invoice disputes nationally meeting all set KPIs
- Ensure accurate root cause data is captured at each investigation interaction
- Guarantee complaints entered via Case Management have been actioned and closed out in a timely manner.
- Communicate with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure accurate investigation of all open complaints

About You
- Be highly organised with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Ability to manage effectively and work alongside your team members in demonstrating new processes

Ability to execute multiple activities at once.- Willingness and ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
- Ability to work (outside the box) whilst maintaining the day-to-day operations for the respected area.
- Strong administration and data entry background
