**The Role / Duties**
- Be the first point of contact for patients visiting the practice
- Organise patients' appointments and accounts
- General administrative office duties as required
- Provide a positive and empathetic experience for patients at the clinic
- Opportunity to assists doctors in the future for those interested in the clinical aspect of Ophthalmology

**Required skills and experience**
- Previous medical reception or optical experience, or degree in science field
- Office administration experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Customer orientated
- Ability to prioritise and multitask responsibilities
- Self-starter with motivation to learn
