Our client is a well established Commercial Real Estate Agency, based on the North Shore, looking for their next Commercial Property Manager.

The Role:

- Diary management
- High attention to detail
- Adaptable to change & always striving to make the team better
- Directly assisting the Asset Manager
- Arrears Management
- Ingoing & Outgoing Inspections
- Expense Invoice Processing
- Routine Building Inspections
- Drafting documents and letter templates
- Provide assistance on matters requiring research or investigation
- Provide organizational support for meetings
- Rent Review Processing
- Log repairs and liaise with property contractors
- General day to day administration tasks
- Lessee communication
- Work closely with the leasing team to fill vacancies
