**Job Title**: Bus Marshal

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise passengers during transit to maintain order and safety.
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and other staff using mobile phones and two-way radios.
- Enforce and monitor adherence to safety procedures and regulations.
- Provide clear verbal instructions and information to passengers when needed.
- Report any incidents, issues, or emergencies promptly.
- Ensure punctuality and readiness for scheduled transport times.
- Vigilant and alert with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Patient, composed, and capable of handling high-pressure situations.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Able to interact professionally and compassionately with children and the general public.
- Reliable and consistently punctual.
- Comfortable using mobile phones and radios for communication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chullora NSW 2190: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- MR Licence (required)
- NSW Drivers Authority (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
