Our goal is to optimise the removal experience for every client, making it as easy, comfortable, and efficient as possible. **ABOUT THE ROLE** - Make a real impact to our clients lives by providing the best laser tattoo removal experience from consultation to treatment - ** Must be able to work Tuesday to Saturday, trade hours**: - Located on Military Road, Cremorne, Sydney Our Sales & Laser Specialists are considered our "in-studio experts" and support our clinical operations. Your client’s best interests will always at the heart of your recommendations and advice. This includes delivering a warm, consultative experience to our clients, educating on the tattoo removal process from start to finish, providing safe and thorough treatments, and other administrative-related tasks required to ensure our studio runs smoothly. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Represent the company brand, mission, and culture - Build rapport and drive sales by educating our clients on the laser tattoo removal journey through our consultative approach, demonstrating ethical sales practices and showcasing the value of our approach, service, and protocols - Provide high quality, safe and thorough laser treatments by following clinical protocols - Ensure our clients have a positive experience each time they visit our studio by communicating realistic removal expectations and treatment outcomes - Maintain detailed client records - both new, future potential, and referral clients - Partner with our contact centre and marketing functions to communicate with clients who have expressed an interest in tattoo removal or fading - Build relationships with local communities through outreach and brand awareness activities including but not limited to visiting tattoo studios, beauty and skin care providers, gyms etc - Understand your KPIs, monthly targets, and reporting to ensure you can monitor and exceed your goals - Participate in our company updates, sales or promotional activities - Additional responsibilities, as required **REQUIREMENTS** - Having your own tattoos is not a requirement, but we do love them You are welcome either way at Removery - Passionate about helping people, positive and professional attitude and friendly demeanour - Passion for the tattoo removal industry; awareness this is not ‘just a job’ but an invitation to be an empathetic partner with our clients through an emotional time in their lives - Excellent customer service or consultative sales and negotiation experience in a retail, med spa or similar setting preferred but not essential - Qualification/experiences in; Beauty therapy, Nursing, Diploma of Cosmetic Laser & Light Therapies (or in the process of completion) preferred but not essential - Previous laser / IPL experience is highly desirable but not essential - Self-motivated, growth mindset, outstanding communication, strong capability to identify and solve problems independently - A strong team player with the ability to work as part of a small team, with a “can do” attitude - Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.) and quick to learn technology; previous experience using Office 365 and booking software systems preferred - Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule **Next Steps** 90HIVzhXT7
