**The role**

We are currently looking for a Client Reporting Officer to be located in our Adelaide office.

This role would have responsibility for understanding and completing client reporting obligations, which would include:

- Liaising with key internal stakeholders, including the Finance and Business Development teams, Partners and Secretaries, to source all information required for monthly, quarterly and annual reports (including ad hoc requested reports)
- Liaising and answering the queries of external stakeholders
- Responsibility for completing consolidated bills for agreed key clients
- Responsibility for reviewing invoices to ensure compliance with invoice format and agreed rates
- Responsibility for implementing changes to report templates and client protocol, and communicating same to stakeholders
- Responsibility for submitting reports on or before the due date

You will be self-motivated and proactive, with the confidence and ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, and possess strong organisational, time-management and multi-tasking skills.
