**About the role**:
We are seeking a Site Facilities and Services Manager to join our Operations team in Castlemaine. You will be responsible for ensuring that the Castlemaine site is reliably provided with the services (water, air, steam, electricity, HVAC) and the supporting grounds, buildings and infrastructure to guarantee unrestricted, safe, effective and efficient operation. The role also covers the operation of maintenance stores and a fabrication workshop and involves the day-to-day operational management and strategic development for the site utilities and facilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead outstanding customer service in the provision of maintenance activities for site services, waste treatment and facilities.
- Drive workgroup involvement in risk assessments and improvement opportunities for the delivery of utilities and services and the upkeep of the Castlemaine buildings and grounds.
- Manage a reliability program to minimise risk of unplanned stoppages
- Ensure that contingency plans for back-up utility provision are in place.
- Manage the budget for the operation and maintenance of services and facilities.
- Create a strategy for the management of the site maintenance stores.

**About you**:

- Degree or trade qualification and significant relevant experience is highly desirable
- Prior team management experience
- Proven change management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated experience identifying and deploying process improvements
