Our client is a Global travel group offering experiences for the young to the seasoned traveler looking for a different take on travel.

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our clients team as a Customer Manager for its travel business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both youth and adult tour groups as they embark on exciting journeys around the world. As a Customer Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers have a memorable and enjoyable travel experience.

Responsibilities will include:

- Effectively communicating with tour groups, providing guidance and assistance throughout their travel experience.
- Communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds ideally with an ability to speak multiple languages.
- Stay up-to-date with current international first aid practices to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage flight and transport changes efficiently, ensuring mínimal disruption to customers' itineraries.
- Coordinate hotel arrangements and ensure accommodations meet the needs and preferences of our customers.
- Be flexible with working hours to accommodate time zone changes and provide support to customers in different regions.
- Managing a small international team.

Qualifications:

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency multiple languages, with the ability to speak confidently and fluently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
- Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility with working hours to accommodate time zone changes and customer needs.
