We're seeking a **Product Manager** to join our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Team, reporting into our Head of Strategic Planning. In this role you'll be responsible for partnering the IBP, business and technology teams in the design, implementation and embedding of IBP data, reporting and technology solutions that enable our IBP vision and strategy. The role also plays a key collaboration, change and project management role.

This role is available on a permanent, full-time basis from our Sydney CBD office with the ability to work from home 2 days per week.

**A day in the life**
- Partner with our Business, Technology and Data Teams to design and develop the planning data and technology roadmap.
- Be accountable for the design and development of planning reporting solutions.
- Lead data ownership and stewardship activities for Sales and Marketing planning master data.
- Be accountable for implementation of approved planning technology solutions in partnership with our Technology teams.
- Design and implement IBP data and technology capability programs in partnership with our Planning Excellence Lead.
- Project-manage key planning data initiatives to ensure end-to-end integration of planning master data.

**What we're looking for**
- A passion for IBP and expertise in related data and technology enablers.
- A track record of active leadership of strategic technology programs.
- Experience in short and long-term planning in a large corporate.
- Leadership of data ownership and stewardship activities.
- Program management experience.
- Strong business acumen including deep understanding of business needs.
- Change leadership and the ability to enable sustainable change through cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry would be an advantage.
