Part Time Dental Receptionist/Assistant in Chatswood

We are looking for a Part Time Dental Receptionist/Assistant to join our friendly team located in Chatswood for 2 days /week.

**Job Description**:
Reception duties
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills in connecting with all age of patients, laboratory and insurance companies.
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- attention to details
- manage reception duties including appointment booking, follow correspondences and managing billing and payments.
- assisting in the sterilising room as required.
- occasional leave cover across the dental assistant duties

Dental assistant duties
- ensuring smooth clinical operation and anticipating to dentists
- preparing and maintain the instruments, room setting up and sterilisation
- implement infection control standards and procedures
- maintain surgery hygiene
- setting up for dental X-rays/OPG and processing

Dental assisting 1 year required
