**About the Position**:
About Smiles Chatswood is a modern 8 chair fast paced cosmetic focused practice with state of the art technology. We are currently searching for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our supportive and dynamic team on a full time basis - Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and every second Saturday.
We provided ongoing training and development to support your career growth.
**At it's core, this role is about**:
- Delivering exceptional care - patients always come first, especially when we are working with children
- Patient management; answering phone enquiries, booking & confirming appointments and taking payments
- Proactively helping keep us running - working closely with practitioners and the wider practice team to make sure things are running smoothly

**What do you need to succeed ?**
- Experience as a Dental receptionist - you may have Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting, but most importantly be capable of working closely with a team and a willingness to continue to learn
- A bright, engaging personality, with enthusiasm and commitment
- A team player. You will help us deliver the best patient care whilst working with our talented dentists delivering quality dental solutions and fantastic value
