About Smiles Chatswood is a modern 8 chair fast paced cosmetic focused practice with state of the art technology. We are seeking a personable and professional Receptionist with Dental experience to join our team on a part time basis Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every second Saturday.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly, check them in and out, and manage appointment scheduling.
Billing and Insurance: Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and assist patients with payment plans and verification.
Records Management: Maintain patient records accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance within regulations.
Office Organization: Keep the reception area tidy and organized, ensuring that all necessary materials are stocked and available.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow and communication between front and back office.

**What do you need to succeed**:
