About the role
**Job Title**: Product Owner - People Data Management
**Location**: Australia or India
Permanent Position

Analytics and strategic people insights is a high priority for talent and culture at ANZ. This role will lead people data management to ensure well-managed and effective data foundations to enable efficient, high quality and timely data analytics and reporting, including supporting real-time self-service dashboards. This role will include data integrity, data flow enhancement and data governance leadership, in partnership with our Data Governance leads and EDG.
What will your day look like
Ownership and management of service proposition to govern and maintain foundation people data elements, including business process, ServiceNow forms, SLAs etc
Ensuring timely processing of bulk data uploads for foundation data elements (i.e. bulk position creation/removal)
Timely processing of data update requests (i.e. the creation of a new business unit in the organisational structure, the creation of a new Job Code etc)
Timely processing of foundation data adjustments (i.e. the creation of a new field in a position object, the creation of a new layer in the primary org structure)
Lead effective change and communication activity to deliver clear foundation data for the enterprise
Lead and complete adequate testing prior to implementing foundation data updates and adjustments, including business processes implications and downstream consumption
Champion and establish policy to ensure data cleansing activity and maintain high quality foundation data (i.e. parameters and conditions positions will automatically close if “inactive”)
Supporting the development and implementation of data quality controls/processes (ideally in system/automated where possible)
Lead data quality incident management including investigation, root cause identification, remediation, and communication
Contribute to evolving high quality foundation data elements (i.e. ensure Job Architecture meets future needs, such as new talent products/services)
Contribute to improving foundation data policy and controls (i.e. position policy /controls and implement into system, business process, change and transformation)
Effectively manage and lead cross functional work groups to ensure timely and quality delivery
Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders across ANZ
Proactively collaborative with HR Leadership to workshop, uncover and ensure buy-in to new solutions
Build strong and effective relationships, collaborate and influence across the broader T&C
What will you bring?
Solid experience in a similar tole within a large corporate environment
HR Data knowledge
Prefer experience with SuccessFactors data objects, foundation data and overarching data structure to enable real time, best practice people analytics and reporting delivery
Prefer experience with the concept and delivery of position management
A logical problem-solving mindset with the ability to breakdown and simplify problems and effectively collaborate with others to achieve win/win results
Outstanding communication skills and demonstrated experience in building and maintaining effective working relationships
Highly collaborative team player with the ability to develop, lead and manage effective cross-functional groups
Highly developed and outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to autonomously manage senior stakeholders
Proven ability to work in and contribute to a high performing and collaborative team environment
A problem solver with the ability to think laterally
Self-directed with an aptitude to set priorities and work effectively to meet timelines
