**About the role**
- Drive Youi’s brand strategy to underpin business growth and consumer/small business trust, ensuring the Youi brand maintains a cohesive, consistent and distinctive presence in market.
- Leverage deep consumer and market insights to shape and communicate our brand positioning and reasons to buy.
- Consolidate insights to develop relevant segmentation criteria and briefs designed to attract distinct segments to Youi with tailored campaign approaches and messages.
- Own the sponsorship strategy for Youi, aligned to our brand positioning, key audiences and business goals.
- Develop and implement a brand-aligned community engagement strategy.
- Lead reactive and proactive PR for major news outlets with support from Youi’s external supplier.

**About you**
- 7+ years in Marketing with proven experience in delivering against brand, customer, and commercial outcomes in either an agency or in-house capacity.
- Strategic thinker who can collaborate with and unify stakeholders to deliver a strong and trusted marketing framework recognised for its valuable contribution to the business.
- Experience working with media, creative and research agencies.
- Strong knowledge of brand and marketing strategy.
- Customer insights (qual and quant) experience.
- Solid analytic skills which involve compiling data, identifying trends, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations.
- A passion for putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
