The Opportunity
Step into the spotlight as Senior Brand Manager and lead unforgettable campaigns that drive thrills, ticket sales, and customer engagement across Village Roadshow Theme Parks. You will guide a talented team, collaborate with sales, and turn strategy into showtime.

Key Responsibilities
Your mission, in action You'll be:

•  Leading, supporting, and developing the Assistant Brand Manager and Marketing Coordinator while inspiring the wider Brand team through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

•  Partnering closely with Sales, Call Centre, and Operations to deliver seamless campaign execution and success.

•  Planning and delivering national and local marketing campaigns that boost ticket sales, accommodation occupancy, leads, and repeat visitation.

•  Managing ATL and BTL media, and coordinating exciting in-park activations with internal and external stakeholders.

•  Driving an engaging digital experience that connects with audiences through continuous content development and digital collaboration.

•  Owning campaign timelines, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify smart strategies that strengthen brand performance.

•  Staying proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment to ensure goals are met — and exceeded

•  Creating and implementing impactful promotional plans that grow brand awareness and visitation.

•  Managing budgets and forecasts in partnership with the Head of Marketing, following company procedures and governance standards.

What We're Looking For
A sharp creative with big ideas. You'll bring:

•  A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Business.

•  A strong understanding of brand, direct, and digital marketing — with bonus points for PR, e-commerce, and analytical expertise.

•  Experience in database management and customer acquisition or retention programs (highly advantageous).

•  Sharp commercial acumen and the ability to balance creativity with strategy.

•  Proven project and time management skills — agency experience is a plus in this fast-paced environment.

•  A proactive attitude with excellent self-management and organizational skills.

•  Solid computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
