Drive is seeking a talented Digital Campaign Manager to join our high-performing team and support the Ad Operations Manager. In this dynamic role, you'll drive outcomes by trafficking, maintaining, and optimising digital advertising campaigns, all while contributing to a vibrant culture that values diversity, creativity, and fun.

**Day to day you will**:

- Manage the full lifecycle of advertising campaigns for multiple client accounts, from initial setup to final delivery.
- Set up and maintain campaigns in GAM, including orders, line items, audience creation, and diverse creative assignments (rich media, native, HTML5, video).
- Proactively optimize campaigns to ensure top-tier performance, thinking creatively to achieve client goals.
- Collaborate with Client Services Managers and clients to ensure timely creative receipt and accurate tracking.
- Generate comprehensive campaign delivery reports and promptly address any issues that arise.
- Provide accurate inventory forecasts across the Drive product suite and assist the sales team with annual client and major campaign forecasting.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and advocate for innovative solutions and approaches.

- A demonstrated action-oriented and results-driven attitude.
- Highly committed, motivated, and enthusiastic, with a passion for your work and a desire to have fun.
- Strong digital campaign management experience with a solid understanding of audience data and quantitative analysis.
- Proficiency with key technologies and platforms, including Google Ad Manager, Google Data Studio, The Trade Desk, Adobe Audience Manager, and Google Analytics.
