BAR MANAGER - Part Time, Onsite Position

We are a live music venue in the heart of the Sydney CBD, showcasing both classical and contemporary music. We have four newly renovated bars, along with a growing drinks list, including amazing wines and cocktails. Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a part time Bar Manager whose role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service during shows and helping upskill the casual team alongside the Bar Operations Manager.

To be considered for this position you should possess:

- Minimum two years’ management experience in a hospitality or similar venue.
- Demonstrated leadership of a diverse team to deliver excellent public facing customer service.
- Administration, inventory management, reconciliation and reporting skills.
- Current NSW RSA and NSW Working with Children Check.

**Salary**: $65,000 per annum plus super, pro rata to equivalent 3 days a week (22.8 hours per week).
