**Your new company**
Are you a highly experienced Luxury Retail Professional and are looking for your next exciting step in your career? I am currently recruiting for a Boutique Manager for a highly recognised Luxury brand, who are highly recognized for their world class designs and unique pieces. My client is seeking a Management Professional to lead their Chadstone Boutique.

**Your new role**

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role you must have previous strong experience in a similar environment, specifically within the High End, Luxury Product Industry. You must have the ability to demonstrate knowledge of retail sales policies and processes as well as an understanding of how the luxury retail sales floor operates. The ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with your current and future clientele is also a key element of experience. Essentially, you must have proven success in up-market sales skills with the capability to achieve and exceed targets.
