**About the role**

As a Customer Service all-rounder, you will be responsible for liaising with customers, finance, distribution, and sales departments to receive customer orders.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about Customer Service and Administration who is task-focused, highly organised, and able to work autonomously as well as part of a dynamic team.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Process customer sales orders through SAP
- Verifying and assisting with shipment and logistics coordination
- Manage customer inquiries promptly and accurately
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding customer enquires
- Follow up on customer orders
- Provide excellence in end-to-end service delivery
- Adhoc Administration

**Key skills and attributes required for the role**:

- Strong customer service experience
- High attention to detail
- SAP experience
- Salesforce experience
- Strong Administration skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure within a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Ability to work independently and self-manage tight deadlines.
