**About the Role**
We are seeking Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) to join our team. Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced clinician, we offer

This role is mobile across Melbourne's South East, East, or North, with the option to also work in-clinic at Pakenham.

You will be supporting clients in their homes, aged care facilities, gyms, or the community, delivering meaningful, individualised programs that support functional capacity, strength, mobility, and quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct assessments for clients across NDIS, aged care, Medicare, TAC, and private streams
- Design and deliver tailored exercise programs aligned with clients' goals and funding requirements
- Provide services in a hybrid model—mobile (home-to-home, aged care, community) and optional clinic-based sessions in Pakenham
- Educate clients, carers, and support workers on safe and effective exercise practices
- Monitor progress using standardised tools and adjust programs as needed
- Prepare clinical documentation and reports in line with funding guidelines
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, client-centred care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

**Who We're Looking For**
- Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with ESSA
- Open to new graduates and experienced clinicians
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile caseload
- Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive team environment
- Current driver’s licence and reliable car
- Police Check, WWCC, First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour
