**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
~Release Train Engineer or a Scrum Master

~Project/Program/Release coordination experience

~3 to 8 years IT experience

Good to have

~ Exposure to Change Management process

~ Experience in Scoping process via SAFe Agile framework

~ Experience in running workshops and leading group discussions

~ Knowledge & hands on experience of JIRA, Confluence, Plutora, Share Point tools

~ Knowledge of SAFe Agile framework

Soft Skills:
~ Strong stakeholder management skills

~ A strong team player with a can-do attitude

~ Strong communication skills

~ Willingness to work extended schedules during production deployments

Job Profile:
~ Work closely with Release Managers and assist them in executing large complex Enterprise wide releases

~ Manage scope, schedule, Risks, Actions. Dependencies in complex releases
