I am seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with Data & Analytics for my client in Melbourne/Sydney to take up a 12 months contract with a view of extension.

**Your day at NTT**
- Manage and optimize the flow of value through the Portfolio using various tools, such as Kanbans and other information radiators
- Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments (PI)
- Facilitate PI Planning readiness via fostering the preparation of Vision and Backlogs, and via Pre
- and Post-PI Planning meetings
- Facilitate the PI planning event
- Aggregate Team PI Objectives into Portfolio PI Objectives and publish them for visibility and transparency
- Assist with execution and reporting on specific work in train
- Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings, including the Portfolio synch meetings to manage cross Portfolio dependencies
- Assist with economic decision-making by facilitating epics and capability estimation by teams and the roll-up to portfolio epics, where necessary
- Coach leaders, teams, and iteration leads in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
- Help manage risks and dependencies
- Escalate and track impediments
- Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks
- Encourage the collaboration between delivery teams and external team (such as release & testing, architecture)
- Work with Senior Managers, Delivery, DSO Managers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment
- Report Portfolio status
- Understand and operate within team budgets
- Facilitate solution demos (where technically doable)
- Drive continuous improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assess the agility level of the Portfolio and help improve
- Participate in relevant Communities of Practise and contributing towards enterprise process improvements

**What would make you a good fit for this role?**
- Need to have a strong experience in Data & Analytics
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Strong experience within Delivery Manager/Project Manager space.
